Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.<\/p>\n

2. Booking and Payment<\/h3>\n

\u2022\u00a0Reservation Confirmation<\/strong>: Bookings are only confirmed upon receipt of full or partial payment as specified during the booking\u00a0 process.<\/p>\n

\u2022\u00a0Payment Methods<\/strong>: We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other approved payment methods.<\/p>\n

\u2022\u00a0Pricing<\/strong>: All prices are subject to change without notice. Taxes, fees, and surcharges may apply.<\/p>\n

3. Cancelations and Refunds<\/h3>\n

\u2022 Cancellations made at least\u00a048 hours<\/strong>\u00a0before the scheduled service will receive a full refund.<\/p>\n

\u2022 Cancellations made within\u00a024-48 hours<\/strong>\u00a0of the service will be eligible for a 50% refund.<\/p>\n

\u2022 Cancellations made less than\u00a024 hours<\/strong>\u00a0before the service will not be eligible for a refund.<\/p>\n

3.2.\u00a0Refund Processing<\/strong>: Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.<\/p>\n

3.3.\u00a0No-Show Policy<\/strong>: Failure to appear at the agreed pickup location without prior notice will result in a full charge with no refund.<\/p>\n

4. Rental Terms<\/h3>\n

\u2022\u00a0Vehicle Use<\/strong>: The rented vehicle must only be used for lawful purposes and as specified in the rental agreement.<\/p>\n

\u2022\u00a0Driver Requirements<\/strong>: Drivers must possess a valid driver\u2019s license and meet the age requirements specified at the time of booking.<\/p>\n

\u2022\u00a0Passenger Conduct<\/strong>: Passengers must behave respectfully and comply with the driver\u2019s instructions. Sonoma Valley Limousine reserves the right to terminate service without refund if inappropriate behavior occurs.<\/p>\n

\u2022\u00a0Smoking and Alcohol<\/strong>: Smoking is strictly prohibited in all vehicles. Alcohol consumption is permitted only if it complies with local\u00a0 laws and is pre-approved.<\/p>\n

\u2022\u00a0Damage Responsibility<\/strong>: Customers are liable for any damages, spills, or excessive cleaning required due to misuse of the vehicle during the rental period.<\/p>\n

\u2022\u00a0Lost Items<\/strong>: Sonoma Valley Limousine is not responsible for personal items left in the vehicle.<\/p>\n
